Rami Goldratt currently serves as CEO of Goldratt Consulting. Over the years, Rami has been involved in consulting engagements with retail, automotive, textile, chemical, and service industries all around the world.
Rami is considered one of the most influential leaders of the TOC body of knowledge, specifically in Sales and Marketing, where his work has become standard practice. Rami is also among the pioneers in developing and implementing TOC applications for the education system – guiding teachers around the world in applying the TOC thinking Processes for children’s education.
Sridhar Chandra

Sridhar has been a TOC practitioner since 1996. Over the last 20 years, as a senior executive, Sridhar has been responsible for the implementation of TOC solutions in manufacturing, projects and supply chain operations across industries.
Sridhar is the recipient of the Franz Edelman Award, the world’s most prestigious award in Operations Research, for his TOC implementation in the US Air Force.

Working closely with Dr. Goldratt to develop the TOC application for multi project environments, and applying the method with multiple companies across industries, Dr. Ajai Kapoor has since become known as one of the world’s leaders in this field.
He is the winner of the prestigious Fulkerson Prize awarded by the Mathematical Programming Society and the American Mathematical Society.
Vinny Monteiro
Director of Strategic Initiatives
Vinny currently acts as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Goldratt Group. He is a management consultant and operations professional with 15+ years of experience in boosting productivity in engineering, supply chain and logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and maintenance operations.
Vinny has led many initiatives applying TOC that have consistently delivered breakthroughs of 20 to 50% jump in performance. Vinny earned his B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and attained his graduate studies of M.S. in Engineering Management. He is also a Lean Six Sigma black belt (LSSBB) and a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).
Jaideep Srivastav

Jaideep Srivastav, known worldwide as a TOC expert, is a seasoned Account Management and Global Implementation Delivery Manager/Executive.
He specializes in Theory of Constraints—including Critical Chain Project Management, Drum Buffer Rope, and Supply Chain—as well as Customer Account Management, Implementation Delivery Management, Change Management, PMO deployment, and PMO as Managed Services.
Andrew Hargrove
Senior Consultant
Andrew currently works for Goldratt Group / Goldratt Equity Partners as a consultant responsible for TOC focused training partnerships and deal flow. He has worked on a variety of operational engagements in aerospace, production environments, and scheduling challenges. Prior to joining Goldratt, Andrew spent ten years in several roles at Delta Air Lines spanning strategic sourcing, logistics, and most recently, Director of Global Operations and Supply Chain for Catering.
His background also includes living in Eastern Europe as a teacher, Peace Corps Volunteer, and NGO leader. Andrew and his wife met at Thunderbird School of Global Management while pursuing their MBAs together, and they make their home in Atlanta with their two dogs and a cat.
