👋It’s been another great month watching this community grow — and even more exciting, seeing how you're applying Flow principles, reducing Work-in-Process (WIP), and using TOC tools to transform your operations.

Whether you’re already seeing progress or still planting seeds, your journey toward faster flow and higher performance is just getting started.

📣 Attendee Spotlight: TOC in Action — A Real Win!

FAMCO, a leading manufacturer of HVAC accessories serving thousands of distributors across North America, recently participated in a TOC Flow Solutions workshop — and walked away with some powerful shifts:

“We gained clarity on how to effectively identify and prioritize the critical constraints holding back our growth. The workshop equipped us with practical strategies — reducing multitasking, implementing full-kit readiness, and better managing the flow of orders through our factory.

This has significantly improved our on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and product availability — all while delivering faster service to our customers. If your organization faces complex operational challenges or wants to improve throughput, delivery, and customer satisfaction without increasing costs, I highly recommend this workshop.”

👏 If you’ve seen even a small win since the training, we’d love to hear about it! With your permission, we may feature it in a future newsletter or workshop. Your success can help others on their TOC journey.

🧠 This Month’s Insight — Don’t Just Identify It. Exploit It.

It’s not enough to simply identify the constraint. The real work — and real impact — begins when the organization comes together to make the hard changes required to truly exploit it.

That’s where many companies struggle.

Exploiting the constraint isn’t just a minor adjustment — it often requires bold decisions that challenge the status quo, force tough prioritization, and go against the current way of operating.

It means:

  • Keeping the constraint focused on the right work

  • Minimizing interruptions, setups, and rework

  • Ensuring it never sits idle — because every lost hour at the constraint is a lost hour for the entire organization

And if the change doesn’t feel a little uncomfortable? It’s probably not strong enough to create breakthrough results.

If your constraint is external (like demand), the same logic applies: Make sure every part of the organization is aligned to support it — not working at odds with it.
